Kerbside Delivery
Our team will deliver as close as they can get to your property using a pallet truck. It is your responsibility to then move the spa into the final position.
Delivery and Positioning
We will deliver the spa and position in into the final position providing there is good access to move the spa manually using specialist spa moving equipment.
Crane Delivery
If access is limited we can use a crane to move the spa over buildings and other obstacles. Please note that this will incur additional charges.
*Please not that it is your responsibility to notify us of any access issues.
*Most spas will need clearance of at least 1m width 2.5m high if positioning is needed.
*If positioning is needed we would require images of the access routes to plan for the delivery.
For installation the tub would need to have an isolator switch at least 2meters away from the tub with the steel armoured cable must be mounted at the switch. If your hot tub runs of a 13amp socket and is plug and play then this will not apply but a part p certificate must be on show.
